Please note that payments must be made via our online payment service. A non-refundable security deposit equal to one month of the total reservation amount will be charged on the day of booking.

Please note that last-minute reservations must be approved. The property has a strict quiet policy and parties are not permitted in the apartments. Pets are allowed upon request. If you are traveling with a pet, please inform the property via the "Special Request" section at the time of booking.

Only one pet weighing less than 10 kg will be allowed. Please note that there is no elevator access to the apartments. You must present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival. This will be payable by credit card. You should be reimbursed on the day of your check-out. Your deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
